Motion loops in photoshop! What?

For the last several months I've been involved in the creative process on what goes on screens during our service experience.  Sometimes we use motion loops that we have purchased or custom graphics that I created for a specific look. 

I've been wanting to create some custom motion loops but the closest thing to video software on my computer was imovie.  I used photoshop in the past to color correct on video, but never thought of using to make motion loops.  My friend Mitch Bolton uploaded a couple examples he did and I had to give it try.  Below is a sample one I built using a combination of a graphic I created and Zach Fonville's free motion backgrounds.
